Nearly half of women today are the primary breadwinners in their households and are participating in the workplace more than ever before.
During this workshop we will:
- Discover the social forces that can constrain women and why negotiation is so important.
- Identify your own negotiation biases and style so you can adapt to changing situations.
- Understand the key success factors that can help make you a better negotiator by mastering the four stages of negotiations.
- Practice conducting an actual negotiation and receive feedback on your role in the exercise.
